Shipping, exchanges and returns


Deliveries made in Spain will have a delivery time of 24 to 72 working hours, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, which could take up to 6 working days. In Europe, the delivery time is 2 to 5 working days.

For the rest of the world, orders are delivered within 10 working days.

All shipments are free, assuming the seller the cost thereof, except for customs charges, where applicable, which will have to assume the customer depending on the current legislation on imports that applies to your country.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase we accept exchanges and returns within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order, provided that the product is in the same condition in which it was received, ie without having been used and with the packaging as you received it.

If you want to exchange a product, you will have to return the product first and then proceed to buy the desired product.

We will only refund the amount of the product, never the return costs incurred by the customer.

For the return to be valid, the package must arrive at our warehouse within 15 days of delivery.

The process of renting our shoes is as easy as buying them. All you have to do is go to the Rental section available on our website. Once you have selected the model and size of the shoe, on the same page of the product, the calendar will be displayed so you can choose the start date of your rental. Don't forget that from the date you select as start date, you have 4 working days to enjoy your shoes. 

If your shoe does not have your size available for rental, it is because it is already reserved. But do not worry, contact us by email at or the same chat available on the web and we will tell you what is the date of availability and we will find a solution without hesitation. 

Once the payment has been made, you will receive an email from us for the deposit of the deposit in the amount of 100€, which will be returned once we have received the product back and have checked its condition.

There is no penalty for minor damages. However, any defect or damage that limits or prevents subsequent rental, depending on its severity, may result in the full retention of the deposit.

In the email we will detail the ways to pay it (bizum, transfer, etc.). We adapt to you. 

Once the product is returned, if everything is ok, we will refund your deposit by the same method by which it was paid.

As for delivery, the rental shoes are delivered to your home in the same way as the purchase. 

You will receive your shoe 2 days before the start date of your reservation. Therefore, we require that the reservation is made in advance. 

As for the return, we take care of requesting the pick up. You only have to prepare the shoe to return it in the same packaging received so that it remains in optimal conditions during the trip. Failure to return under the conditions detailed above, has a penalty of 10 €.

The day before you will receive a friendly reminder from us notifying you that the return date is approaching. 

Late returns will have an additional cost of 5 € for each day of delay.

Our products are guaranteed for three months from the date of delivery of the order. Within these, if your product suffers a breakage due to a manufacturing defect, it will be exchanged for another one.
