Do you ship worldwide?For more information, please visit the "Shipping" section of the website.

Can the package be prepared as a gift?Yes, when you are placing your order tell us in the "comments" section that you want it as a gift.

Do you do refunds?: As long as the product has not been used and is returned in the same condition in which it was received, we make refunds within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from when you receive it.

Do you refund the full amount? We only refund the amount of the product you have purchased, not the shipping costs you incurred when you made the purchase.

How can I make the payment?We accept payment by credit or debit card, paypal and bank transfer. If you choose the latter method, you will receive an email with the account number and, once we receive the deposit, we will process your order.

How can I track my order?If you live in Spain, once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email informing you but also Correos Express will send you a sms with the tracking number and the link where you can follow it. It is very important that you leave your telephone number when you place your order. If you live outside Spain, Asendia will send you an email with the tracking number at the moment we generate the shipping label.

How long will my order take?: Shipments are usually made in 24 to 72 working hours. Nationally they take between 24 and 48 hours to arrive. Internationally they usually take between 10 and 20 working days (except Latin American countries, which can take up to 6 weeks). If your order is in a hurry, leave it in comments and it will be shipped sooner.

How can I be sure that I have placed my order correctly?You will receive a confirmation email with your order number when the payment has been accepted. If the payment has failed and has not been accepted, you will receive an error email in payment, so you will have to do it again.
